Cancellation/ Late Policy

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. If guest is late that time will come off of the service time, unless special accommodations have been made. Appointments are reserved expressly for you. Honor your time.

 

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 72 hours preceding your appointment. A 50% deposit is required upon booking. In the event of a late cancellation/no show, clients are responsible for paying 100% of the appointment. If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on the waitlist, we are happy to waive the fee.
